Terms and Conditions – Monthly raffle via email registration

1. Organizer

The competition is organized by:

(”The Organizer”)

2. Competition structure

Every month, on the 1st, four (4) winners are selected.
Each winner receives four (4) Xiaomi Smart Tags (or an equivalent product of equal value if the product is discontinued).

A total of 16 Xiaomi Tags are given away per month. The winners are drawn randomly from all those who have registered for email newsletters.

3. How to participate

Participation takes place by registering for Mistore’s email newsletter via one of the following websites:

  • voltwave.shop

  • mistore.dk

  • mistore.fi

The registration must be active at the time of the draw.

4. Who can participate

  • The competition is open to individuals 18 years or older

  • The participant must be a resident of Sweden, Finland, or Denmark

  • Employees of the Organizer and their immediate family members may not participate

5. Cost

Participation is free of charge, excluding potential internet connection fees.

6. Winner selection and contact

  • Winners are selected through a random draw

  • Winners will be contacted via the email address provided upon registration

  • If the winner does not respond within 14 days, the Organizer reserves the right to select a new winner

7. Delivery of the prize

The prize will be sent free of charge to the address provided by the winner.
The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or another prize.

8. Personal data (GDPR)

By participating, the participant agrees to the Organizer processing personal data (email address, and name and address in the event of winning) for the purpose of:

  • administering the competition

  • contacting winners

  • sending the prize

Personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR.

The participant can withdraw their consent at any time and unsubscribe from email newsletters.

9. Liability and changes

The Organizer is not responsible for technical problems that affect participation.
The Organizer reserves the right to change the terms or terminate the competition if required by law, official decisions, or technical reasons.

10. Applicable law

The competition is governed by Swedish law.
